□□On August 19, 2019 , after more than a year of construction, MV SAND DIAMOND Passenger ROPO Catamaran launching ceremony is held in Guangdong,China. The chairman of Henghua Group,Mr Kuang; the chairman of Bridge Investment Group LLC , Mr Meng; the manager of Marine-Expert Engineering Co., LTD., Mr Xia; and Grandfame Ship Management LTD, the captain Mr Hong together attend the ceremony.

□□The main construction of the ferry boat has been basically completed, and then will enter the stage of interior decoration and equipment commissioning. The ferry is expected to be officially piloted in late September. It can carry 292 passengers and 36 vehicles and will become the only ferry between the US Saipan and Tinian islands. Passengers can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the island during the voyage, it must will be a new travel experience.

□□The financial leasing of the ship and the start of the shipping line are highly valued and strongly supported by the U.S. territorial government.
